Franchises
As a Franchisor you must comply with various legal obligations to ensure the Franchise Agreement is binding.
As a Franchisee it is important that the Franchisor can and will deliver the system you are paying for via franchise and other fees. You also need to know your rights in trying to make the franchise more profitable for you and not only the Franchisor.
Franchising also involves the right to occupy property upon which the franchised business will be conducted whether by Lease or Licence.
