Profile: Peter Ward B.JURIS LL.B.
Peter Ward was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor on the 1st April, 1975 after completing Articles with Galbally & O’Bryan.
He was admitted to Partnership to the firm in 1989. He has one of the most extensive and varied criminal law practices in the state and over a thirty year period has represented clients in all jurisdictions.
He is a highly regarded and skilled advocate. He became an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist in 1995. He was Chair of the Criminal Law Advisory Committee for a number of years and has actively been involved in committees associated with the development and administration of criminal law in this State of Victoria.
He has been involved in many notable cases including “The Krope Trial, Cardinal Pell enquiry, and the Korp case. Together with Mr. Paul Galbally he oversees one of Victoria’s leading Criminal Law Practices.
