Nicholas is the Managing Partner of the firm’s personal injury department.
He attends all the firm’s offices and offers free telephone advice and a free first consultation if he can help you. Most of his cases are conducted on a ‘no win – no charge’ basis in accordance with a retainer agreement.
Nicholas has practised exclusively as a personal injury lawyer since 1986. He has successfully recovered compensation for thousands of injured people and provided representation in many complex and prominent cases. He is committed to working with his clients toward obtaining fair compensation in a timely and cost efficient manner. Much of his work is obtained on the recommendation of satisfied clients or from referrals from other members of the legal profession who recognise his expertise.
