Sam Tovey BA, LLB (Monash)
Since joining Galbally & O’Bryan in 2009, Sam has practiced exclusively in Criminal Law, working closely with Paul Galbally. Sam joined the firm as a Legal trainee, being admitted to practice the following year.
During his time at the firm, Sam has gained valuable experience in Criminal Law, especially in the area of white-collar crime and associated matters.
He has represented clients in many jurisdictions, including the Magistrates’ Court, County Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
In 2011, Sam was appointed as Galbally & O’Bryan’s in-house advocate for the Dandenong and Pakenham offices.
During his time in the law, Sam has developed a strong commitment to providing comprehensive legal representation and ensuring the best possible outcome for his clients.
Sam is regarded as a hard-working lawyer and talented advocate, who is determined to ensure the best result for his clients in every case.
