Jacinta Studham BA, LLB

Jacinta Studham was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1999 after completing her Articles with Galbally and O’Bryan. She was appointed Senior Associate in 2001.

Since 1999 she has practised solely in the criminal law jurisdiction which includes appearing as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court and the Children’s Court. In addition she specialises in the preparation of indictable criminal matters for clients appearing in the County Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Together with Catherine O’Bryan, Jacinta manages the firm’s Dandenong criminal practice.

Jacinta is regarded as a sharp and skilled advocate who is committed to providing a professional and high standard of representation to her clients.
