Stephen Tuck B.A. (Hons), LLB.

Stephen has practised exclusively in personal injury litigation since 2003. His practice has included significant work in the fields of workcover, TAC, public liability and criminal injuries compensation including claims against Victoria Police.

He has conducted compensation claims, some of significant complexity, for his clients in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal and Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
