Peter completed his Articles under Mr Frank Galbally in 1974 and has practised exclusively as a criminal lawyer since 1975.
Peter is an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist and widely regarded as one of the leading criminal law practitioners in the State.
He represents clients in the Children's Court, Magistrates' Court, County Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia. Peter is a highly skilled and talented advocate. Peter has been involved in many high profile cases during his career. He is a passionate fighter for the rights of his clients.
Peter, together with Paul Galbally, manages the firm’s criminal law division.
