Nicholas Dunstan BA, LLB
Nick joined Galbally & O'Bryan in 2002 and was admitted to practice in February, 2003. Nick was made a Senior Associate in July, 2005.
In recent years he has practiced almost exclusively in personal injury law. He has successfully handled a large number of serious injury workcover and TAC matters and public liability claims.
Nick also has wide experience in the employment law area and has successfully pursued claims for his clients in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Federal Magistrates' Court and the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
