Frank commenced practice in the Commercial law division of Galbally & O’Bryan in 1989 and was made a partner in 1997. Since that time he has represented clients in both litigious and non litigious commercial matters. The litigation has included many successful claims against Australia’s major banks.
Frank also acts on behalf of many pharmacies covering all aspects of the pharmacy industry. All of these clients have been referred by former clients or their advisers.
Since 1997 Frank has also practiced as a personal injury lawyer, successfully representing numerous people injured in motor vehicle accidents, at work, or in circumstances giving rise to public liability or product liability claims. He has successfully pursued compensation claims on behalf of clients against the State of Victoria.
Frank is well respected in the legal profession and the pharmacy industry. He is committed to achieving the best possible results for his clients in the most cost effective manner.
