Catherine O’Bryan BA, LLB
After completing her Articles of Clerkship in 1986 Catherine practiced in both civil and criminal matters. In 1990 she joined Galbally and O’Bryan and became a partner in 1998. Since 2002 she has practised solely in the criminal law jurisdiction.
Catherine is a talented advocate who regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court. Catherine also has extensive experience in the preparation of indictable matters, representing clients in cases before the County Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Catherine, together with Jacinta Studham, manages the firm’s criminal law practice in Dandenong.
