Andrew O’Bryan BA, LLB
Andrew O’Bryan advises a wide range of individual clients as well as small and large businesses. His clients have included chief executive officers, senior executives and proprietors of small and large businesses throughout Melbourne. He manages the firm’s commercial law section.
Andrew provides advice on employment contracts and business and commercial agreements and conducts litigation in a variety of areas including wills and estates, contract disputes, Trade Practices Act and Fair Trading Act claims and has:
- successfully represented individuals in Wills and estate claims
- defended employees against restraints of trade
- settled termination claims for senior executives
- successfully represented employees in discrimination claims
- represented clients in professional negligence cases against lawyers and accountants

Andrew is based in our Melbourne office but also sees clients at our Dandenong office. Andrew has previously assisted Monash University in delivering a number of presentations on discrimination law.
